1. How should I store my cosmetics?
When stored at room temperature, store in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. If you have refrigerated it, please keep it refrigerated as it may deteriorate if left at room temperature.
2. What is the shelf life of each product?
With the exception of a few products, the shelf life of most basic cosmetics is 3 years. However, sun care products have a shelf life of 30 months and retinol creams have a shelf life of 2 years.
3. What is the order of use for foundation products?
For effective absorption by the skin, please use the formulation in order from thin to thick. In general, we recommend using skin toner → emulsion → essence/amplifier → eye cream → cream.
4. Tell us about Recovery Cream.
Recovery Cream, which contains peptides that help strengthen elasticity and adenosine, a functional ingredient for wrinkle prevention, is a cream that refills elasticity the moment it is applied. In addition, sea grape extract provides moisture that does not dry out, and eco-sert herbal extracts contained in Recovery Cream make skin healthy and vibrant.
5. What is the source of goldenseal extract in Swallow's Nest?
Polygonum cuspidatum (sea tern) extract contains a large amount of protein and amino acids that promote collagen synthesis to maintain elastic skin. It also helps promote fibroblasts, which is effective for skin regeneration and anti-aging.
6. What does a luxury cream do?
It is a product that exudes luxury and class, just like the aura it gives off from its container. 8. What are the effects of saffron whitening cream?

Edelweiss extract also helps to protect skin cells and increase skin repair, keeping skin clear and clean after being exposed to stress.
9. What is the difference between Aquamask and Ampoule Mask?
Aquamask contains hyaluronic acid, which has excellent moisturizing power, to supply moisture energy to the skin, and marine collagen to adjust the balance of oil and water. Ampoule Mask contains niacinamide, a functional ingredient for skin whitening, and adenosine, an ingredient for skin wrinkle improvement, for a dual effect of wrinkle improvement and whitening. Both products use high-density cellulose sheets to maximize essence absorption with a soft touch and high skin adhesion, and are environmentally friendly as they are naturally degradable.
10. What is the difference between the 2ml/3ml/7ml Rebalancing Ampoule Set?
The Rebalancing Ampoule Set, which maximizes whitening and wrinkle reduction through intensive moisturizing, has the same manufacturer and ingredients with only a difference in volume. However, only 7ml x 6 packs are currently available.
11. Can I use peeling products every day?
We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin condition.
12. Is there no lake on the suncushion?
It’s a convenient cushioned application of sunscreen with UV protection, so there’s no separate lake notation. It’s refreshing and lightweight, so you won’t feel stuffy after multiple applications.
13. How should I use sunscreen?
Sunscreen should be applied 30 minutes before going outside, and reapplied every two to three hours, rather than applying a large amount all at once, as it is easier on the skin and more effective at protecting against the sun’s rays.
14. What is Sun Protection Factor (SPF / PF)?
SPF stands for “Sun Protection Factor” and is a measure of a product’s ability to block UVB rays. SPF1 provides about 15 minutes of sun protection. PA is the ‘Protection Fator of UV A’ and refers to the sun protection factor of a product that protects against UVA. The more + after PA, the higher the protection.
15. How should I use retinol cream?
Since it contains a high amount of pure retinol (3,000 IU), if you are using retinol products for the first time, use a small amount in a spot on the area of concern for 2-3 days, then increase the amount and area.
16. Can I use retinol cream during the day?
Retinol is sensitive to light and heat, so we recommend using it in the evening. If you use it during the day, be sure to wear sunscreen.
17. I have skin problems.
Cosmetic adverse reactions can occur when some of the ingredients in a product are not compatible with each other. They are not necessarily a problem with the quality of the product itself. They can also be caused by changes in body rhythms, seasonal factors, changes in external conditions, etc. If you are experiencing discomfort after using a cosmetic product, please stop using the product first. Your skin needs time to build up its immunity. Please try using the product after 2-3 days.
18. There are two Pine Needle Capsule products, are they different?
Pine Needle Capsule, which contains 98% naturally derived pine needle oil and 2% vitamin E to provide healthy energy with antioxidants, is currently available in two types: Gold and Red. This is a difference in packaging, but the manufacturer and ingredients are the same.
